Mr Tony King -
Managing Director
Qualifications: BCom CA
Mr King will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Stirling Minerals. A chartered accountant by training, Mr Kings’s career has included several years of investment banking and financing experience, including periods based in London and the Eastern States.
Mr King is currently an executive director of Max Capital Pty Ltd, a Perth based corporate finance organisation that specialises in the financing of small to mid-cap public companies. In this role, Mr King is responsible for business development and transaction execution.
Over a number of years Tony has developed key relationships and extensive networks with fund managers and financiers.
Mr King is also a non-executive director of NeuroDiscovery Ltd.

Mr Stephen Brockhurst -
Non-Executive Director
Qualifications: BCom
Mr Brockhurst is an accountant with considerable corporate and company secretarial experience. He has been involved in the listing of many mineral exploration companies on the ASX. Specialising in capital raisings, due diligence, corporate advisory, compliance and regulatory requirements
Mr Brockhurst was a founding Director and Company Secretary of Bannerman Resources Limited from incorporation to July 2007 and Company Secretary of Ironbark Gold Limited to August 2007. Mr Brockhurst is currently a Director of Stirling Minerals Limited and Red Emperor Resources NL

Mr Jason Bontempo -
Non-Executive Director
Qualifications: BCom CA
Mr Bontempo has worked in Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory since qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1997. This has also included 4 years in London working in both equity and debt market divisions for major investment banks. Recently Mr Bontempo has been closely involved with advising and financing of AIM and ASX listings for resource and venture based companies.

Ms Rebecca Sandford -
Company Secretary
Qualifications: BBus
Ms Sandford is an employee of Grange Consulting Pty Ltd. Grange Consulting specialises in corporate advisory and financial management services. Ms Sandford has experience with companies in financial accounting, and other corporate matters. Her experience has given her exposure to junior mining explorers and the food & beverage sector.

Mr Bret Ferris -
Consulting Geologist
Qualifications: BAppSc, MAIG
Mr Ferris is an exploration geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration, dominantly in the Lachlan Fold Belt of South Eastern Australia, where he has overseen programs targeting copper-lead-zinc, silver and gold in volcanogenic environments, and copper-gold in porphyry settings.
Exploration teams led by him for Amoco Minerals, Cyprus Gold, Arimco, and Delta Gold, operated from field bases in Canberra, Orange, Cobar, Beaufort, and Zeehan, and achieved numerous technical successes including definition of gold resources mined at Glendale as part of the Junction Reefs gold project south of Cadia, NSW. He has also been involved in base and precious metal exploration in Queensland, Solomon Islands and western China. Since 2004 he has been closely involved in exploration and resource expansion at the Lady Annie and Mt Kelly copper projects in northwest Queensland.
In 1995 he established Ferris Metals Pty Ltd to pursue exploration opportunities and provide geological consulting and exploration management services to the mineral industry. Mr Ferris is a member of the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists and a “Competent Person’ as defined in the JORC Code for the Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
